We’ve introduced a new way in which account holders can downgrade their account levels as easily as upgrading. We hope this will allow the Basic account holders to explore what the Premium service has to offer.
To upgrade your account to Premium:
1. Log in to your Eventbrite account
2. Select the red link at the top of the page titled Upgrade to Premium
If you upgrade to a Premium account and decide you would like to stick with the Basic, we’ve made it easy to downgrade your own account:
1. Select MY ACCOUNT
2. Click the Downgrade to Basic Account link
3. Select Basic account from the accounts page and click OK
