Clear your cache and cookies.

An overloaded browser can cause problems with loading or formatting issues on a website, like missing images or buttons that don't respond when clicked. Try clearing your browser’s cache and cookies.

Update your browser.

Features that are used by your browser can only work correctly if your browser is up to date and supported. Go to https://www.whatsmybrowser.org to check if you are using the latest version of your browser. That website will tell you what browser you’re using and which version. If you need to update your browser, there is a link for you to do so there.

Update your Java plugin.

In terms of connectivity and responsiveness, a number of websites rely on Java. Confirm your Java plugin is up to date. If not, you can update directly through the Java website.

Try a different web browser.

Eventbrite recommends Google Chrome or Firefox for the best experience. Internet Explorer versions 11 and earlier are no longer supported. If you don't have permission to download on your work computer, contact your IT department to request they add it to your system.

Turn off ad blocker.

Turn off your ad blocker to avoid problems accessing certain pages.

Increase the size of your browsing window.

If you don't see the option to scroll you may be zoomed in too far. Try increasing the size of your browser window, or zoom out.To zoom out on a PC, hold down the (Control) key on your keyboard and press the (-) key. To zoom out on a Mac, hold down the (Command) key on your keyboard and press the (-) key.
