Eventbrite's new pricing plans
Eventbrite is introducing new pricing plans to organizers in select countries. If you’re affected by these new plans, there will be an Organizer Fee to publish events with more than 25 tickets. The amount of the fee is based on the size of the event. This includes free events and events with paid tickets. If you publish events frequently, you can choose a monthly subscription instead. No matter which plan you choose, you get access to Eventbrite’s entire suite of event management and marketing tools.

Organizer Fees and plans
Events with up to 25 tickets are free to publish. If you'd like to offer more tickets, there are two plans available:
Flex: pay a one-time Organizer Fee per event based on the amount of tickets you want to offer.
Pro: pay a monthly subscription to publish unlimited events under your event capacity limit. You also have increased limits on the number of marketing emails you can send per day.
Organizer Fees are non-refundable except where legally required.
NOTE: If your event has more than 25 tickets and a recurring event schedule, you must subscribe to a Pro plan to publish it.
Flex plan: pay when you publish
When you choose the Flex plan, you pay when you publish an event. The amount you pay is based on the number of tickets you want to offer on that particular event.

If your event has paid tickets, you can pay with your event balance. The Organizer Fee will be deducted from your ticket sales.
Upgrading a live event
You can change your event capacity on the Tickets page of your event at any time, even after you publish your event.
If you increase your capacity on a published event beyond your current plan, there will be a one-time fee to upgrade. This fee is based on the difference between the current plan and the plan you're upgrading to.
Pro plan: pay a monthly subscription
The Pro plan is a subscription designed for organizers who publish events frequently. With the Pro plan:
You pay a monthly subscription to publish unlimited events.
There are three subscription tiers available with different event capacity limits.
